This machine is filling and capping 2 in 1 machine, inlet bottle, filling, cap sorting,cap pressing, outlet bottle, checking, high degree of automation, production capacity, filling using online dynamic weighing measurement, display and control unit separately and independently of the automatic elimination of excessive control and calibration procedures.

Protection:
The main machine is equipped with safety door interlocking device. If the safety door is not closed properly during normal production, the equipment can not run and alarm.The lock of the safety door cannot be opened during the operation of the device. You must remove the interlock of the safety door on the operation screen.Laminated tempered glass is inlaid on the door, and a protective cover is added on the top of the filling machine (as shown in the picture on the right).
